PRICES OF PRODUCTS

The prices listed on this website include 24% VAT. It is assumed that in areas where the VAT rate is reduced (16% for islands and 0% for European Union countries), the purchase prices will be lower according to the percentage of VAT corresponding to the respective area, as long as the purchase is made with an invoice. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT RETURNS

You are also given the possibility to change the product within 14 days from the day after receiving it with any other piece of jewelry of your choice of the same value as the first or greater. In the above case of return and exchange of products, wedding rings, monograms, zodiac signs, families, names and any kind of jewelry that is manufactured or modified exclusively for you and at your request are excluded and cannot be returned or replaced.

If the product is defective within 14 days of receipt, the customer must notify us immediately and is entitled to have it repaired or replaced with another product of equal value or, in the event of non-availability, with another new product of similar quality and price and not the refund. In this case, the return of the product will be made with the transport company that cooperates with this company.

The jewelery being returned must be in its packaging in the condition it was delivered to you, having only been worn for rehearsal and not for use, or without its packaging having been altered in any way so that it is not damaged during transport and for your own better service.

In particular, you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package, place the completed cancellation form and finally send the parcel to our headquarters marked “PRODUCT RETURN”.

Jewelry that is returned and does not meet the above terms and conditions for returning products will not be accepted.The return of the product is accepted only if the customer has first paid any amount incurred by the Company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. The amount that will be credited to your account will be the full amount you have paid for the jewelry minus the initial shipping costs (€3.5) and the costs for returning the products to our store (€3.5). In other words, you will be refunded the entire amount except the €7 corresponding to the transport costs.

From abroad how can I return what I bought?

You can return jewelry that you have received within 14 calendar days from the day you received it. It is a necessary condition that you pack the jewelery well (in the packaging that has been sent to you) in order to protect it during transport. Also, for returns from abroad, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning from your country of residence to Greece. As soon as the returned products are received from our online store, subject to the above conditions, the full amount of their value will be credited, excluding shipping costs for shipping abroad.
